This neodymium round base magnet provides superior holding strength in a small size that is not found in traditional ceramic magnets. The neodymium magnet is bonded inside of the cup with adhesives. This design forms a magnetic circuit which triples the holding force to 22 lbs.! At the same time, the rounded steel cup also protects the magnet from being damaged when it's frequently used. The holding power of 22 lbs. is when the steel magnetic rubber base is directly in contact with steel. Tested and certified for up to 40 mph.
